Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the small scale of our business, nature of products sold and our limited-production we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, you must provide a clear and unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed condition. Refunds or replacements for damaged items will only be considered upon review of the unboxing video.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

In cases where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or any other reason resulting in a Return to Origin (RTO), refunds will not be provided.

The order can be re-shipped, and all re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
