• All orders are processed within 10–15 working days.
• Our products are made fresh in small batches, which may extend the processing time to ensure you receive the highest quality.
  
2. Packaging
   
• At present, our oil pen is shipped in old cartons to protect the product during transit while our new packaging is under development. 
• We may reuse other brands boxes to send out our packages. It is our small step of being responsible towards the planet.
3. Shipping Timeline
   
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking details.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  
4. Freshness & Quality
   
• Because our formulations are crafted in small batches, we value your patience while we prepare them with care.
